How long does it take for orders to be processed?

It takes us 1-3 days to process your orders, depending on when you order. We do not process orders on Sundays.

How long before my order is delivered?

It usually takes 1-3 days from courier pickup within Metro Manila, and 5-7 days for Provincial locations.

How long will my order/s be reserved for me?

You will have 48 hours to finalize your payment until your items are released back to inventory. If we do not hear from you in 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.

How much is shipping?

For standard deliveries, shipping is automatically calculated upon checkout depending on your location. 

Price range for same-day couriers like Grab, Lalamove, and the like will vary.

Standard delivery - standard courier fees apply.

Pick-up - curbside pick up in Makati. Please wait for pick-up confirmation message before you drop by. 

For those booking same-day deliveries via Grab, Lalamove, and the like, please coordinate with us on email/Facebook for booking. Pick up to be booked and paid for by buyer, unless otherwise stated. Please indicate your ORDER # in your delivery notes.

You may checkout using standard shipping or choose Pick up for curbside pickups and Grab/Lalamove pickup.

Yes, we are! As roller skaters ourselves, we wouldn't sell anything we don't believe in. We ride what we sell.

Most purchases are considered final and are non-refundable. For any refund concerns, please make sure to reach out to us within 7 days of receipt. For changes in your order, please send us an email indicating your Order # with your concern. Thank you!
